Governor – Elect of Rivers State, Simi Fubara has presented his Certificate of Return to Chief Dan Osi Orbih, the PDP National Vice-Chairman, South-South, as a mark of honour for his support.
The PDP stalwarts brimming with smiles acknowledged the kind gesture from the Governor -Elect, and prayed for a peaceful and successful inauguration in May.
