Tinubu and Obi
The President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has laid accusations against the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, saying that he allegedly sponsored a United States-based Nigerian who happens to be the Executive Director of the National Democratic Coalition (NADECO), Lloyd Ukwu, to smear him and discredit the result from the February 25th Presidential election which he won.
If you recall on March 1st 2023, the electoral body, the Independent National Electoral Commission had declared the All Progressive Congress Presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, winner of the February 25 presidential election 2023 despite the criticism that trailed the election.
However, in a statement published by the executive director of the NADECO, it was noted that it would not accept any electoral fraud because Bola Tinubu was the founding member of the NADECO and a staunch supporter of NADECO USA.
According to the Sahara Reporters, the NEDECO disclosed in a statement that it has put up measures to interrogate the INEC Server, including the BVAS machines used in the February 25th presidential election, in an effort to extract the original votes cast.
