The Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeal filed by Dr. Biodun Collins Ogundipe (BCO) concerning Otunba Jimi Adebisi Lawal’s (JAL) Governorship Candidacy for the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Ogun State Chapter.

The Court’s dismissal now leaves undisturbed the position that JAL is the party’s validly elected governorship candidate.

In a release signed by Adesina Olanrewaju, the party’s State Publicity Secretary on behalf of Otunba Oluwafemi Soluade, the
State Chairman of the party, members, supporters, and stakeholders were urged to remain calm, united, and focused on strengthening the party’s structures across Ogun State.

It further calls on all members to respect the judicial outcome and work collectively towards the party’s continued development.
