Israeli Defense Minister, Yoav Gallant has called on Gaza citizens to locate and eliminate Yahya Sinwar, one of fhe leaders of Hamas, popularly known now as ‘Osama Bin Laden of Gaza’.
The Times Of India reports say Gallant stated that Israeli forces are prepared to fight until victory, emphasizing that the duration of the war will shorten if Sinwar is eliminated.
Sinwar, who is also on the US list of ‘international terrorists’, has a history of posing significant threats to Tel Aviv and he is considered the mastermind behind recent Hamas attacks on Israel.
Israeli Defence Force’s (IDF) international spokesperson Lt. Col. Richard Hecht said, “Yahya Sinwar is the face of evil. He is the mastermind behind this, like (Osama) Bin Laden was.
He built his career on murdering Palestinians when he understood they were collaborators. That’s how he became known as the butcher of Khan Younis; Richard noted.
