Today, Ogun State Government begins a week long surgical intervention program for the people of the state.
The intervention program is part of the measures adopted by the Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun to assist the people of the State during this economically tasking time.
The health initiative which is under the auspices of the Ogun State Health Insurance Agency will ensure that any resident of the state with health challenges requiring surgical intervention get access to the the required health care for free.
To benefit from this unprecedented initiative, interested individuals are required to visit the closest State or General Hospital to them register their names for the required surgery.
They will then be screened by the health professionals and get booked to have the surgery done on the appointed date.
Beneficiaries will continue to enjoy free healthcare for the next one year after the surgery under the Ilera D’ero Health Insurance Scheme.
