Alhaji Semiu Bola Lawal a.k.a SEMBOL, the Odeda Local Govt. Area Liaison Officer to the Governor and Prince Dapo Abiodun, Governor of Ogun State
Prince Dapo Abiodun, Governor of Ogun State has been described as a resourceful administrator who had not only turned around the fortune of the state in terms of projects which are distributed across the state but has also delivered on his campaign promises.
In an exclusive chat with THE STATEPOST at his office in Abeokuta, the Odeda Local Government Area Liaison Officer to the Governor, Alhaji Semiu Bola Lawal a.k.a SEMBOL, has called on Ogun people to give Prince Abiodun a second term in office.
According to SEMBOL, also a former Chairman of Odeda Local Government, a second term in office for the governor who he described as an adroit administrator would help him to germinate what he has grown in his first term and also prosper the state the more.
He lauded the government of Prince Abiodun, claiming that it has performed creditably but that its praises were not sung well enough by those who should do so.
He affirmed that his regime has done “extremely well” considering the limited resources available to it.
He said his regime was able to achieve much despite the scarce resources at his disposal as it has ensured that the dividends of democracy are evenly spread to the people.
He noted that Governor Abiodun had also been very fair to all in his administration as he had spread development to all parts of the state irrespective of their political leanings.
While saluting the governor for prioritising construction and institutional reforms in the past four years, SEMBOL said his regime will leave a legacy of major developmental projects across the state.
