2. He can get a full-frontal view with zero effort. If he’s on top, he has to prop himself up to see you in all your glory. Granted, the effort is minimal in the first place. But here, he can just lie back and watch you.

3. He can reach around and grab your ass without the bed getting in the way. Is having you on top the best position if he loves your butt? Probably not; that one goes to doggy-style. But it’s better than say, missionary, where if he wants to hold your butt, he has to wedge his hands between your butt and the bed. There are way better ways to hold a butt.

4. The angle is a lot different. Although you might not think of it in these terms, everyone has their own ideal angle of penetration. And having you on top is a pretty unique angle, especially if you’re sitting up (like in cowgirl). It’s not the kind of angle he (or you) can really get otherwise.
