The much publicized Security Summit of Ifedara-Opeji Area Community Development Council (ACDC) comes up today at Oke Ona Grammar School at Opeji-Mawuko Road, Akomoje, Abeokuta, capital of Ogun, State by 10.am.
The summit themed: Development Association: Panacea To Security and Peace in our Communities is to be co-hosted by the Chairperson of Odeda Local Government Council, Chief (Mrs) Folashade Adeyemo and the Chairman of Ifedara-Opeji Area Development Council, Asiwaju (Alhaji) Dapo Wahab who is also the Chairman of the Asiwaju Dapo Wahab Foundation, a renowned compassionate NGO.
Billed to speak at the summit are the State Commandant of the Ogun State Community, Social Orientation And Safety Corps (SoSafe), Commandant Soji Gonzallo, the Ogun State Commandant of the Nigeria Security And Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), Commander David Idowu Ojelabi and the State Chairman of the Police Community Relations COMMITTEE (PCRC), High Chief Samson Kunle Popoola.
Oba Adebayo Adewale Tejuosho, the Osile Of Oke Ona is also expected at the summit as the Royal Father of the Day while Prince Gbuyi Adesanya, the Federal Commissioner, Complaints Commission is to deliver the Goodwill message.
The summit which will be graced by eminent personalities from all walks of life also feature symposiums at which every participant will have the opportunity to contribute.
